Zago partnered with the Center for Court Innovation to redesign the visual system at the Red Hook Community Justice Center to better support its procedural justice mission.
Research on the visitor's journey and existing challenges were key in helping us focus on the greatest needs and establish design principles. The outcome is a new visual system that maintains the identity of the Center, while increasing confidence in the justice system, improving navigation and communicating respect to visitors.
